Project overview

This platform allows you to scan a large selection of meeting rooms and book an available room that suits your needs quickly and easily.

The platform is intended for companies that wish to hold meetings outside the office, meetups, small conferences, training rooms, freelancers, etc...

To be able to offer the services to businessmen and companies in need of an office facility for rent, the company works with a wide variety of lessors. It is possible to find out all the information you need about the equipment that is available in all meeting rooms and make any adjustments to suit your needs.

 

My role

Renovate the user experience process involved in the reservation page of the meeting rooms ordered by the
user to make it more user-friendly.

Challenge

Re-applying the UX design process to the order page of a complex chosen by the user so that the user receives all the relevant information so that he may make the order in a safe and secure way and to increase the conversion ratio of the site.

Key objective

• Navigation bar redesign and UX process for easy and convenient navigation in each category, presented hierarchically.

• Redesign of icons for better visual communication.

• Redefining which buttons are highly used by the user and removing inactive buttons or lowering their visibility percentage.

• The reorganization of the objects and to exercise better control over the interface organization, to lower the cognitive load it creates for the viewer, and what it transmits.

• To give the user all the information he needs to complete in the order form and guide him through it.

• A re-examination of the button layout to help the user perform a meaningful action and invest his energy in his progress through the interface.
